Loren Brown has been building with Natural Stone in the Smith Mountain Lake, Bedford, and Roanoke areas since 1979. He has been cooperating with designers and homebuilders to create beautiful natural environments. Loren's intuitive sense of stone is reflected in his craftsmanship.In the Spring of 2000, Daybreak was formed to meet the growing demand for quality stone masonry contractors and is fully license and insured. Loren designs and builds water gardens, waterfalls, and ponds as well as retaining walls, fireplaces and stairways. His interest and experience with water gardens began at the age of 12. Through years of trial and error, hobby projects and market research he discovered Aquascape Designs, Inc. products. To date Loren has installed 30 Aquascape & Nursery Pro systems and is in the process of becoming a "Certified Aquascape Contractor".

Daybreak Maintains a salesyard at Holdren's Farm & Garden Center at the intersection of Hwy 122 & 24 in Bedford County, Virginia.
